It's one of the better restaurants in Carlsbad so far. The service was outstanding, the food was great, and the portions were huge. We had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The sweet tea is good also. The inside is quaint, and the decor is so cute they even the brown bear climbing a pole. We will definitely be back.

We are visiting from Texas. The food was awesome, just as good as Texas BBQ! . If you stop here, make sure you get the nachos and try the ribs. My wife liked the giant potato filled with pulled pork, cheese, mushrooms. Our waitress, Bree, was super friendly and kept checking on us and keeping our drinks full. It was a good experience thanks to her.

Visiting from the Seattle area and stopped in for dinner. Very pleasant hostest and waitress who took our order and helped with recommendations. Hugh amount of food arrived which was fabulous. Would come back if ever in town again

Excellent food and service! I had the Half and Half, sausage and brisket with fries. Brisket was tender and just juicy enough, the jalapeno sausage was out of this world, and the sauce was tangy and spicy. Brisket nachos landed as a plate full, so make sure you are decently hungry before you commit. Don't miss it!

The moment we walked in! Felt so like home. Everything just made you enjoy your stay more! Food was amazing, the stuffed avocado ! Is a must try! Worth the money!

I had the best cheeseburger at Red Chimney today. I wanted turkey but they were out due to a funeral. These things can't be helped. My server Vanessa was very polite and friendly. I will certainly eat here again.

Stopped by this restaurant today for some lunch and we were not disappointed! Our waiter was awesome, the ribs literally fell off the bone, the homemade pinto beans were amazing, and the rolls with honey were delish! So glad we stopped here, definitely check it out if you are in the area!

Reasonable price for quality meats and meals. The staff are really exceptional. We had a very good time and a great meal. Plenty of parking and seating if you go outside of rush hour.
